The Antivirus Agent takes care of:
- Guard
- Activate / deactivate virus, adware and spam protection modules
- Update
- Overview of the update status
- Quarantine
- Files classified as harmful and how to deal with them
- Scan
- Start scan, change scan profiles or create new ones
It is generally strongly recommended that you uninstall your old antivirus program before installing a new one. This is because two antivirus solutions on the same system can really work against each other and slow down the system enormously.
As long as the device is connected to the Internet, the Antivirus Service will continue to work.
In the dashboard of the Antivirus Service you can manage:
- License Management

- Management of client settings
- System status (threats, current)
