Microsoft sued for sharing Office365 user data with Facebook

Microsoft has been sued by Frank Russo, Koonan Litigation Consulting and Sumner Davenport & Associates.
In their own words this is on behalf of all Office 365 users for allegedly sharing the user data of Office 365 business users with Facebook. This information is said to have been shared with Facebook’s app developers, as well as Microsoft’s partners and suppliers. If this is true, it is a major violation of Microsoft’s own privacy policy.
